1: Order Cancellation and Refund
◆ Within 24 hours after the order is submitted, if you need to cancel the order and ask for a refund, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will refund the full amount.
◆ For orders over 24 hours, your customised item may have entered processing status, as this is a personalised customised item, we are unable to offer a refund or amend the order.
2: Product quality problems
◆If the goods you received have quality problems (such as damage, printing errors, etc.), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and provide relevant photographic evidence, we will provide a remake or partial refund programme after verification.
3: Non-quality returns
◆Since all the items in our shop are customised items, each item is made according to your personalised needs, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues.
4: How to apply for a refund
◆Please contact us through customer service channels (website online customer service or WhatsApp) and provide the order number and related information.
◆ Orders eligible for refund will be processed within 7 working days and refunded in the same way.
